Some students find that staying in an oceanfront condo or beach house better suits their personal needs.

There is a newly constructed ocean front condo about a 10 minute drive north of the campus. It is a two level, two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a complete kitchen and a secure garage. Long distance telephone service, a satellite TV and a second story balcony are also featured. The owner will only entertain monthly and quarterly rentals. There is usually a waiting list during the summer months.

The College also refers students to local Ensenada realtors for inquiries about area home rentals. Most of the beach rentals are 20 to 45 minutes south of Ensenada. Summer rentals book quickly.
